WILD before without sleep...

Ok so i was lying in bed, doing the usuall, getting into position, feeling the tingling feeling in my extremities then going sorta numb as per usuall, now at this point after about 10-20mins i stay in that paralyzed state asking my subconscious to help me realise im lucid,

but this time it was different, literlly within 2 seconds i lost all hearing, i wear earplugs so i hear my beating heart, but i cudnt even hear that brain static u can hear, then i didnt see white as such but i knew it was there, no colour, just a blank canvas as such, i began to see some tiny flickers of colour, but the edge of this white was shady black, after about 2 seconds off this i noticed i had difficulty breathing, as if i had a cold or flu, and i came back out of that trance....

i know people will post sayin "ooohhh close" but i believe that now all i have to do is work on my breathing, but i need a little guidane on that part.... I just feel uncomfortable, and the only position to try WILD or any other form of induction is on my back so obviously breathing will not be as good... any tips??

...not sure where you got the idea that the only way to WILD is on your back?

Side is fine. Just anywhere were you are relaxed enough to fall asleep will do. Mind you, this is what I've heard...im trying to learn WILD myself.

About the breathing, someone more experienced should answer this...but yeah. WILD in whatever way you find comfortable.

i never actually said that thats how its described it the only way, if u read you would have noticed i said any method i try the only position im comfortable in is on my back

But yeah breathing is the main issue, need someone with alot of experience

but is there anyone with any help xD I read the new post on FAQ as the no. 1 point was about lying on your back, but i keep feeling uncomfortable on my side or any other place, but if im on my back i find it hard to breathe when i go into SP...

i have tried this, but i find i cannot WILD on my back. i have to kinda spread out on the bed.
