Heavy Breathing While WILDing + WILD SIGNS CORRECT?

I've tried to do a WILD 3 times now using the WBTB method and last night I got the closest. I was feeling short little muscle twitch spasms, and I even started hearing this medium pitched sort of chime sound the sort faded in and out ringing in my ear, but when I did get any sound at all, I started breathing really heavy, and couldn't keep my focus, it was almost like nervous breathing. Short quick breaths and sort of a suffocated hyper-venaleting. How can I make myself more calm and these the right WILD signs to be having? How close was I?

YOu were prety close. Just keep trying and youll get more used to the bizzare things that happen doing a WILD. Things can definately get a bit wierd, but take that as s sign to jsut relax, because you're almost there.

Whatever gets you relaxed. Breathing techniques are just a relaxation method. I like to "daydream" myself, or image myself kind of floating and rocking slightly.

Or even think of yourself doing something you've always wanted, say beating up someone you don't like, or getting superpowers. If you're an imaginative person like me, you'll actually start to get in touch with the story and "float" from there.

i imagined myself spinning a night or two ago, and got so involved in it, i opened my eyes and was still dizzy (and no i didn't drink anything). hehe, guess if your mind believes its doin it, it'll happen.
