That's an effective technique - if it works well for you, you might want to couple WBTB with reading about lucid dreaming. WBTB just means waking up after 5-6 hours of sleep. Then you could read for 20 minutes and go back to sleep - WBTB on it's own is effective, so coupled with reading about lucid dreaming it could be extremely helpful. :)
