Ways Of Phisically Inducing Ld's

Since what happens to your body while you sleep effects your dreams. What are some ways that you could create a dream reaction that would be fairly constant? (without spending lots on a nova dreamer or building one.)

i am thinking of,
which of these would work and why:

placing a wet towel,

vibration-induced LD, a watch

holding something,

shining a light on your eyelids (do you know any good models of timmers and dimmer switches you could get at a hardware store. to shine on your eyelids? how would you set that up?)

placing something on your tounge to taste say peanut butter.

Sounds like it should work. I listen to the Jazz station at night, a lot of times I'll here Jazz in my dream at a place where no Jazz musicians are present. It helps me to trigger an reality check, and leads me to a lucid dream.
