Personally I don't think five hours is long enough. I just read in another thread that six hours is the minimum and I tend to agree. This morning I wilded after 8 hours sleep. I recommend going to bed really early, like 9pm, so that you have plenty of time to wild in the early morning. I find wilding at this time good because it is still dark and the household and neighbourhood are quiet and less likely to disrupt you. If you go to bed at 9pm and are asleep by 9.30pm then you can do your WBTB at 3.30am and then start wilding at 4am. This gives you a good 2-3 hours to successfully wild and get your 8 hour sleep quotient. Works well for me |
