I've been seeing lately that the writing method works for many people on this forum... All you have to do is write "I will lucid dream tonight" on a piece of paper... (You don't have to write those exact words) I want to know if this writing method works for you...

It's worked a couple of times for me but, moreso than helping me to get lucid.. writing what I want to accomplish once I am lucid helps me to remember that goal.
Writing alone does not make me lucid. If it did, I would have a lucid every night. It does help you remember the goal though, like Clairity said.
That does not, by itself give you a LD. It may help though. I tried and it didn't work.
you realise there is no "Never works for me" option on your poll? just pointing that out, incase someone had that answer.
