WILD question
(sorry if this is a repeat)
I was laying in bed last saturday morning recovering from a big night. During the morning I must have woken up only to fall asleep minutes later about 10 times. One of these time's I managed to WILD (i think) and attain lucidity (the most lucid LD i've had). Heres a sum up of what happened:
-I'm falling asleep (not trying to WILD or thinking about dreaming)
-I feel a rushing/falling pressure on my face (usually happens during this sort of thing).
- I realise it might be a WILD and relax. The feeling spreads to my whole body
-I become completely aware of my body lying on the bed (no sight though)
-My legs start thrashing around (not in reality according to my girlfriend) and I feel my body rise up from the legs and almost get sucked into a nexus/vortex, only to find myself anchored by the arms
-I open my eyes to me lying on my bed, upon RC i realise I'm dreaming.
Now, would it be more likely that I:
a) fell asleep, dreamed of a WILD and attained lucidity that way
or, B) Actually did a WILD without intent?
If a) ... would this be more of a meta-LD than a LD? I seem to get more lucidity off this occurance than normal DILDs.
If B).... WTF? Does this mean that I could possibly train my body to recognise WILD symptoms and follow that path whenever they occur falling asleep?
That sounds cool.
thanks in advance,

Option B) WTF :D
Yes, that is one of the ways I perform WILD. If I lay there and try to induce, it just takes too long and I usually fail.
I will prepare just as if I am falling asleep. As I sense myself falling asleep, I will begin counting or something to hold concious thought and then pass through all the sensations of WILD.
The only bad thing about this technique is that it is often difficult to catch yourself before you fall alseep. However, you don't waste a lot of sleepless hours trying to induce.
Good luck and happy dreaming :D
