had first successful LD, but want more.

Hello everyone. I've been gone for a while, but I'm back! All I do to LD is do a random RC once and a while when I see something wierd, and that led me to my first LD. All I'm going to say is that at the beginning, I was in the kitchen and I found out I was dreaming. After that I jumped and glided out the nearest window. After the LD I wanted to know more ways to get LDs, so I went back to this site to ask all of you for some tips and techniques. Please mind that I tried WILD and WBTB and are terrible at it, because I'm a heavy sleeper. So, if you could post something that would be grest :D

A small piece of advice, don't get too greedy when LDing. After one particularly vivid LD, I became very impatient. I wanted more, and I haven't had a good one since.

You can try dream rehearsal. You act out the lucid dream you had during the day but do not over do it. Like a few times evenly spaced out until yu are familiar with it and then stop.
