MILD questions
So I tried MILD last night and it worked, but it took me a while to get to sleep when i woke up
so i was wondering:
A) What time should i wake up and record my dreams? (I went to bed at 12/woke up at 6 and I wasn't tired enough)
B) How long should i stay awake once i get up?
C) Does anyone have any personal tips on this technique?

Everyone will find they are just a little different on what works for them with techinques like MILD.
I recommend getting NO MORE than 4 hours of sleep before getting up to do your WBTB. That way you should still be pretty tired. Somepeople do great on more than 4 hours, though.
Somepeople like to stay up more than an hour, others like 5 min or less for WBTB. It is important to not do anything too stimulating (like TV, video games, or movies) during your WBTB. Some people like to visit DV to get their mind thinking about LDs.
Personally when I MILD, I do it after 2 to 4 hours of sleep. I stay up for no more than 10 minutes, because if I do I can't get calmed back down. I generally just go potty and maybe read a page or two from a book, then get back into bed. I think about LDs while I fall asleep.
