Alarm clocks for lucidity
I've noticed that when trying to get up using an alarm clock in the mornings is a good way to gain lucidity. We've all been in that perfect dream, only to be suddenly woken up by the buzzing of an alarm clock. Then ofcourse this is when the sleep button comes in handy, for an extra 10 minutes or so of sleep. I've noticed alot when turning the alarm clock off right away, using the sleep button, i can re-enter a dream every quickly. My alarm goes off every 6 minutes if i hit sleep, and I'll be in a dream long before it goes off. So its basicly the same thing as WBTB but faster, and mabye not as effective, but not as much time is needed. Give it a try and see what happens.
