Reality Checks Help

I do reality checks a lot, but for some reason I never do them in dreams no matter how ridiculous my dreams are.

throughout the day observe your surroundings and really try to become more aware of yourself. I find becoming more aware of yourself and your surroundings can really help trigger reality checks in dreams!

Memory reality checks work best for me. Try and remember how you got to where you are, if you can't then you are asleep. Also try and remember what you've done for the past few hours, if you have gaps in your memory then you are dreaming.
