All I can get to work is DILD, but I haven't given them all equal attention and effort.
wtf do all these abreviations even mean?
I think new ones get coined like every five minutes. Although I'm sure these are some of the major ones. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=2954 some of the very basics/widely acknowledged are listed there. I guess you could search the rest since they are all 4-letter words
Theres so many techniques its not even funny. The most effective one is the one that applies to your current situation. If you want to master lucid dreaming master all the major ones.
For example:
There's no use relying on a DEILD on the nights you have no recall after waking up. But that's usually a good time to throw a WILD attempt in during your WBTB since that generally means you've been sleeping very deep for the last few hours. (And your ready to slip into some REM immediately)
I dont believe there is a "best" technique, but WILD's are the most enjoyable usually for me.
I find I can DEILD even with out any recall. It's also the easiest for me because I don't have to lie on my back for what feels like forever. I also get more vivid HI when trying to DEILD. So yeah, DIELD is my fave. :)
lol for me the one I invented.
