that's a good question.
i guess it depends on how effective your RC is in the first place. for example if you just do it and not really ask yourself if you're in a dream and seriously look at your surroundings than it would be a waste of time. but if you are serious about it, i would assume it wouldn't take that long at all.
there's only one way to find out though :P
The same night. If doing so many RC within so short a time frame does not bother you then go for it. But then again there's the thing with RCs...do too many and the mind stops accepting it as an RC. Same thing with dreamsigns, see too many dreamsigns in waking life you won't remember it as a dreamsign in the dream.Quote:

As the others have said, it's not the reality check itself as much as the state of mind. You need to honestly question reality. Going through the motions will accomplish nothing, no matter how much you do it.

Yeah I got into the habit of trying to put my finger through my palm whenever something strange happened... not into the habit of questioning whether or not it was reality. So for a while I had dreams where something strange caught my attention and I literally said to myself in the dream, "Whoa that's the kind of weird thing I'm supposed to be doing reality checks for so I can catch it next time I'm dreaming!"
