Hi. I'm new. I wanted to try to have a Lucid Dream.
I remember my dreams often. I was wondering if someone could give me some tips or even a guide on Lucid Dreaming? Also can someone explain to me some of the abbreviations. What does WILD mean for instance? Also what does RC mean? (I think it might mean "recall" but I'm not sure.)
Please help me! Thank you everyone!
-Keep a dream journal. Don't be lazy and keep a habit of doing it
-Practice dream recall and reality check
-Stay relaxed and focused while falling asleep
-Combine methods: after reading a good tutorial, find the most important element and incorporate it to your own method.
-Don't give up (very important!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
WILD = wake initiated lucid dream
DILD = dream initiated lucid dream
Something ending with "ILD" is always "initiated lucid dream"
DC = dream character
RC = reality check
If you don't have time to sleep, try DILD.
If you have a lot of time to practice lucid dreaming, then you can try WBTB (wake back to bed) combined with WILD.
