      Im awake from my nap but i cant move.....

      Ive had times where i have been sleeping on the floor w/ my hands under my chest. I wake up to a terrible feeling. I want to move my hands from out under me (im 230lbs so it hurts sometimes) but i cant see to fully wake up to move myself until i feel like im lifting 1000lbs and then i finally click and wake up and move.......

      It sounds to me like a case of sleep paralysis, I believe it is where you wake up but your brain doesn't instantly twig on and it doesn't give you full concious control of your body. I get this too except usually my eyes stay shut too. It's unerving and annoying but as far as I am aware there is no real danger.

      Yeah, that is what it is. I'll have it where I wake up, I can see but, I can't move.

      yea my eyes will be closed..... im still in the dream state but im fully aware of everything. it only happens when i lay on my chest w/ my hands under me..... i hate it.... but oh well, hasnt happened for a while though
