WILD concern
K so I have read tons and tons about how induce LD's but I have never heard about whether you still get a good sleep and feel rested the next day. I am wary to lucid dream simply because I work 40 hours a week and I can't afford to be waking myself up in the middle of the nights and not getting rested.
Any testimonies of how you feel the next day after a WILD, which is what I have dabbled in attempting?

It varies for me. Sometimes I feel tired the next morning, but sometimes I feel amazing. It's not a necessity to set an alarm when attempting to wild.

I dont usually wake up in the middle of the night, more people's experiences would be helpful

I have never experienced a WILD, but I don't feel anymore tired after a lucid dream. I have had dreams where it seems I've lived a lifetime, and I wake up feeliing refreshed.

its like regular dreaming except your in a conscious state so it shouldn't effect you anymore then regular dreaming. but i do think that if you set the alarm for the middle of the night that may have slight adverse effects.
