Here is the plan:
Go to sleep telling myself to wake up after each dream.
After I wake up, I write in my DJ and imagine myself in that dream, but recognizing myself as dreaming.
Any other advice?

hey that is how i got both my LD's......i find that going back to sleep, while trying to stay still works the best, and u will probaly remeber about 3-5 dreams at least, beucase each time u wake up u will remeber....at least passivly a dream, i garuntee that if u remebr at least 3 dream this way one will be a LD.....just be sure to remeber what it feels like in the dream.....lol it is hard to expalin...i have faith in u.....:)
Sounds pretty good, but for me, writing in my DJ keeps me up for ever. I guess I'm just too lazy for that because too often I don't write them down...:tongue:
I like the imagining part. Try that for a while, and you will eventually get good results. So don't be upset if it doesn't work tonight. Maybe in 3 days, maybe in a week. Anything having to do with dreaming takes at least a little while for me anyway.
