How do you remember to remind yourself that you're dreaming? Because this morning i went back to bed cuz i was still sleepy and i had this great dream but i forgot to realize it was a dream.
From my perspective, the three most important things to help you realize you're dreaming are:
1. Reality Checks
2. Reality Checks
3. Reality Checks
You may also want to prep yourself each night before bed by telling yourself that you will be having lucid dreams tonight, that you will be doing reality checks, and that you will remember your dreams. I also focus on the last vivid dream I had, sort of daydreaming about returning to that dream, as I fall asleep. Oh, yeah, keep a dream journal!
