Is it supposed to be the last thing you do before you go to sleep? Do you have to be sitting on a chair, lying in your bed or standing up while doing this?

I've always used it while I was laying down to prepare for WILD. Although, now and again before sports, I sit down and do it, and works well.
Any position where it'll relax you, I think.
