Exercise Helps LD?
ok so i have started having very many vivid dreams and semi-lucid, but barely lucid at all, dreams....i cant really do WBTB too much cuz of school so i was thinking bout doing it tonight since tomorrow is labor day, no school.....then of course, now i have soccer practice early in the morning.....so i have heard that exercising b4 going to bed helps ur body fall asleep quicker, thus letting u become lucid easier....is this true?....also, any other tips are appreciated

Actually, I heard different when it comes to exercising right before bed. If Im not mistaken, then its bad exercising within 3 to 4 hours of going to bed. Doing this can stimulate you body somewhat making it harder to go to sleep.
On the other hand, exercising outside of this (3 to 4 hour) time frame before going to bed can be beneficial when it comes to trying to fall asleep, but I dont know how it affects you dreaming wise.:P

its something in comparison to what was stated in my earlier posts. exert the pysical form in which you exist in. there are multiple other ways, but this is the most common and simplistic among modern society. italian11, may i suggest veiwing a thread ive just recently posted titled chakra system. it could shed some light onto other techniques, but as with things in life nothing is pomised. its how you interpret that in which you have chosen to veiw. find it under Lucid Aids, in Attaining Lucidity. let me know if you check it out.
