I've only had one lucid dream, ever since then i forget to realize that i'm dreaming. So my question is, how do you remember to realize that you're dreaming?

First of all noone can remember to realize that one is dreaming. It isn't remembering that one is dreaming but to remember to do a certain action, reality checks when one encounters a dreamsign or something that you remember shouldn't be happening. It is a habitual thought pattern that can be cultivated.Quote:

Dreams are a fabrication of the mind and to remember something from waking life, the dreamer would have to incubate the memory to 'realise' by MILD,VILD or any that induces DILD, it's unlike reality where memories are independant from the environment and you suddenly realise you are dreaming out of the person's own initiative.
