Help: what do I do when I feel the vibrations? or slipping into dreams at 300 breath count.
I just found out about the website a little under a month ago, and I want to thank you. Before I started reading this, I couldn't remember any dreams, and the next week with my dream journal, I realized that I was remembering 3 or 4 per night. So thanks again.
But here's my question:
I've felt most comfortable with the "count in, say i'm dreaming out" breathing approach for WILD before going to sleep. Around 250, I feel as though the world is vibrating very harshly, right after my heartrate goes up. Could someone tell me how far I am, what I should start to do, and maybe make a map of the WILD process? I feel that most of the tutorials are like memories of what happened, not what to do. Specifically, I want to know if I should visualize the numbers more, breath more regularly, or any other semi-subconscious things.
Other thought: I, and a few other people I know, are able to "vibrate" our eyes very rapidly from side to side with will (about 4 changes in direction per second). Only a very few people can do this. Is this the same as REM during sleep, or just something fun we can do?
