Not with that little info lol. Give us some stats. Do you keep a journal? How good is your recall? Do you use reality checks? Can you WILD? Or just DILD? Do you use things like autosuggestion? How much sleep are you getting? How's your diet? Are you eating any of the LD supplements? etc?
Of course motivation and confidence are definitely gonna help, no matter what!
I keep a blog on myspace; www.myspace.com/stormchaser807
my recall is good I was even able to come out with a 6 digit number I saw on my life's file along with information on it. Wild??Not sure what that is,sorry. dont do auto suggestion. Im getting around 7 hours of sleep. diet sucks,Im a city bus driver and we eat on the run and I dont know what LD suppliments are? Can you give me a list of LD supps? Appreciate it!!
My mistake, I assumed you were familiar with all of the terms and etc. that we use on here. Looks like you are a lucky natural and never had to learn 'em ;)
By journal, I mean do you keep a dreamjournal? Do you write down your dreams, each one, every night? This can really help with your ability to recall dreams. In regards to dream recall, about how many dreams per night do you remember?
A WILD is a wake-initiated-lucid-dream... basically you lie down in bed and go straight into a lucid dream. As opposed to a lucid dream where you are in a dream, and then realize that it is a dream. Which do you do?
At least you are getting ~7 hours, that is good. I'm getting like 5 hours per night and my dreaming DIED :(
Here's a list of supplements :D http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ght=supplement
