Stuck in a WILD-cycle

While WILDing I get vibrations,
after the vibrations the color of my eyelids changes 3 times each second.
Like white/back/white/black but very fast, some kind of flashing.
After this it keeps repeating. Vibrations -> flashing -> vibrations -> flashing etc.
It just keeps on going untill I decide to give up after like 2 hours.
How do I get past this problem?

While having the above mentioned things I'm in a relaxed state, somewhat hazy and my muscles feel numb but I'm still able to move them.
