So last night was my first true SP experience as I was falling asleep.
First, it felt like it was hard to breathe, but then it actually felt like some one came in my room and sat next to my on the edge of the bed. So this was when I was going to bed, but is that the stage I want to reach to get into a dream in the middle of the night? I mean, is that a good time to try to get out of bed for a 'MWILD'? Should I be waiting for something after that, or...?
