When ever I try WILD'ing, I always am able to get to the SP part, but can't get past that, nothing seems to happen.
What happens?
I get into the SP state, and nothing happens after that.
So what happens?
Well, I get the all numb feeling around my body, and it sits like that for 2-3 hours.
I had this last night.

Here's the deal:
Go to bed.
Get up after 5 hours, using a clockwatch or whatever. Just get up somehow.
Go to bed again after maybe 10 minutes, and get into sleep-paralysis.
Once you're in SP, check if you can feel anything but your own body. Here I am thinking your bed, your pillow, perhaps the temperature of the air around you. What you're aiming for here is not to struggle to get the feelings, but rather just do a fast check. The less you can feel, the better.
If you're feeling nothing, skip a few lines.
If you feel your bed and surroundings, then start focusing on your torso, your breast. Make it the main focus of your feelings. Not the feelings that it is receiving, but rather the feelings that it could be receiving. Imagine a slow breeze on your breast, or perhaps splashing water. Whatever you like. Just make sure that you loose all other sensations.
Now that you're not feeling anything, imagine yourself slowly floating downwards. Not fast, just slow and steady. Imagining your body getting heavier helps a bit. Make sure that you don't imagine your spirit passing out of your body, or you will feel like an asshat when you wake up.
If you can reach the point of drifting out of your bed, you're pretty much all set. There's a bunch of things you can do now.
1: Check out what you "see". Obviously if you're seeing advanced pictures and shapes, you should just go with that. Manipulate with them if you can. This can be done by either imagining them flying around, like, imagine you create a force that controls them. You can also just focus at them, and one will grow bigger and you can kinda enter it. That last part kinda happens on its own.
If you see nothing but just blobs of colours like you normally would, then nevermind method 1.
2: Role out of bed and stand up. You have no covers on you, you're not too far into your bed for it to obstruct you. You just smoothly and nicely roll out of your bed. What I'm trying to say here, is that you should not even consider what it will feel like. Just do it. Once you're out of your bed, beware of false awakenings. No matter how real things may (relatively) seem, you're with a high amount of certainty dreaming. Do a reality check that can fail. Look around you, check your windows, how is the sky, look at some paper with text on it, check it the text changes.
3: If you don't like 2, and 1 doesn't quite work for you, just simply imagine you sitting on a bike, riding through a forest. What do you're trying to get here is not external feelings like wind and temperature, but rather you moving around, treading the pedals and keeping the balance. Just imagine the sensations. You can do it right here and now. Close your eyes, sit/lie still and just imagine how it feels. When you're doing the same in the WILD process, then just jump into it, and by that, I mean let your physical body take over what you're imagining. This has worked for me, and it feels incredible. Very special. Obviously, once you've reached this point, you're in a lucid-dream, and you're ready to go do things. I suggest you perhaps stabilize and a bit. Focus on your hands, look around you, make sure you're into it.
That's all.
Wow Marvo, that bike idea is pretty good, ima give it a try :)
