Thread: Crush Induced Lucid Dream

So basically upon waking up this morning and recalling my dreams,
I realized that it was the third night in a row that I had dreamt of my crush,
a girl I go to school with.

So, while I was driving today it hit me that dreams for the most part take hold
of strong waking emotions that one holds inside. Think about it, anytime you meet a new boy/girl and really like them and have a crush on them they often are portrayed in your dreams. Not only that, they are often the main subject of certain dreams, not just a side character. Pondering about the emotions involved with a "crush" I realized that would be a great way to induce a lucid dream.


So as far as using this for your own lucid dreaming purposes, you will probably need to have a crush of some type or have someone in your life who you think about all the time. Once you have this, and your thoughts constantly revolve around that person you can now take it to the next level.
When you find yourself thinking of that person perform a reality check. Make a habit of doing a reality check when you see, or hear, or think of this person as they are now a prominent dream symbol. Through this you should be able to muster up a lucid dream.

Nowwww, if you would like to take it to a new level (which you may want to keep under wraps so your crush does not think your a stalker) you may try creating a slide show and combine it with a WB2B. What I mean by this is get 5 or 6 hours of sleep and wake up. Now many people have their own routines which they perform on their WB2B whether it be taking B6, trying to stick their fingers through their palm, etc. But Because we now know how strong emotions for another can be, we should use this. Find photos of that person you like and think about all the time. Take these photos and put them into a folder on your computer. When you awake from your sleep, hop on your computer and look at these pictures. Feel your emotions arise as you look at them. (Emotion is the key) As you look at the pictures do reality checks and tell yourself the next time you see this person you will be dreaming. Really mean it though.
