The TV might have made you too aware to produce a clear dream, but I'm just a light sleeper, so anything will knock me out of my dreams.
I've entered a dream from SP before. I couldn't move at all when I tried to move my body, but when I concentrated on my hand, I was able to move my dream hand (I could feel both my real hand and my dream hand for a sec). I felt the wall with my dream hand and that grounded me in the dream a bit more. I felt my way along my wall until I got to my bedroom door. I couldn't see anything yet, but when I opened my bedroom door, I visualized my living room and then I was in an LD.
When i entered sp last night i heard what sounded like static in my ears, what was that? And does anyone elese hear anything in their ears when they enter sp? And when i was in sp, i was actually dreaming and i did become lucid though i could barely move a muscle and when i did i moved my arm but i tried to stop and it kept rising up by itself.
Oh yeah one more thing, i made sure that the whole house was quiet, and the tv was on mute, and when i was hearing this static it felt like the sound was hitting my ears.
:banana:Whenever I try to enter sleep paralysis i fall asleep normally... any tips?
