i have read the VILD tutorial and im not entirely sure what to do, do i just wake up after 5-6 hrs then wait another 30/60 mins, then do i just lie there with my eyes gently closed concentrating on my breathing, then i wud be lying there vibrating then paralyzed then into a lucid dream if i slip properly into it.
is that accurate?:?

I guess. By laying still (after, like, 8 tries) I managed to paralyze my feet, lower legs, and hands, but that's it. Everyone is different, so who knows. It might work right away for you :).
ok i jst needed to know thanks and ye i sure hope ill get it right away, but ive never been ale to stay still thinking about the same thing, i always end up thinking about random stuff.
Let me rephrase:
After waking up 5 to 6 hours from your sleep. Stay awake for at least 30 minutes to an hour- which ever you prefer. Now go back to bed and lay completely still. Try to keep your mind awake, meaning- don't daydream or you'll fall asleep unconsciously. Keep your attention on your body. It will slowly fall asleep and you'll notice you are close to entering SP due to the heavy sensations. Last but not least, you are lucid in your dream and you can now go do your crazy stuff. That is all;)
