Well since autosuggestion is about the only thing I can fit into my schedule i was wondering how some of you do it and what you say/do??
YOu could use it like:

DILD
and whatever else i just really want to know and I will try them all and see what works best for me!

Autosuggestion has been pretty good to me in the past, inconsistent as it may be, most of my lucids have been a product of it in some way. Before you go to bed set your intentions on becoming lucid, KNOW that it is going to work. My favorite thing to say to myself repeatedly is, "the next time im dreaming, I will realize that im Dreaming"
other ones are, "I AM a lucid dreamer" "i am aware in my dreams" "i will have a lucid dream"
i find it helps to say it in a relaxed way, almost like its a yawn, it makes you really relaxed and tired. The main thing is to have this be the last thing you think about before you go to bed. It is a good idea to visualize doing reality checks in dreams as you do this. Also if you have any Brief Awakenings, do this again.
I use it in its most basic form to improve my recall and get lucid pretty consistently. I just tell myself, as I'm falling asleep, "I will wake after every dream and write it down in my DJ." Then, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I tell myself before falling back to sleep, "The next thing I see will be a dream."
It sounds stupid and basic, but it really works for me.

While I'm going to sleep or trying to WILD I will repeat to myself every so often "I'm going to have a lucid dream. In my Lucid Dream I am going to _____." I don't know how much this is helping or not though.
I think it might. I chanted non-stop 2 nights ago "I will lucid dream" and viola! I'm pretty sure you need some experience first though.
