is it possible to lucid dream without havn to get up early in morn coz i want a gud dream rite now
Um, I suppose that it's possible. I can think of only a handful of times that it worked for me. But in all of them, I was very tired for the night. I can't say there's a method to guarantee a lucid dream without sleep before hand, but I suppose you can try any method you like to see if it works.
Good Luck.
You can try but it would almost be a waste of your time.
REM sleep is when your most vivid dreams occur. Your first REM stage will occur in roughly 90 minutes. And even then, it only lasts for about 10 minutes. If you wait till later in the night (a good time is 4-6 hours after sleep) it will be easier to become lucid. In addition to that, REM stage will last about 5 times longer then your first REM.
Yes, thats what the DILD technique is all about, realising your dreaming while still being asleep. And when you say "without havn to get up early in morn" do you mean getting out of bed or just waking up? You dont need to get out of bed and then go back to sleep (WBTB) to have a LD. And if you mean waking up, than like I said before you can have a DILD.
Generally speaking, your best, longest dreams will occur in the later REM periods- after about 6 hours of sleep, minimum. So depending on how much sleep you get during a night, you may or may not be able to get some good lucids early or later in the morning.
What do you mean by "without havn to get up early in morn"? Do you mean that you have to get up early each morning, but still want to lucid dream? (Please try to use proper grammar and spelling in posts, it makes it so much easier to answer questions!) Or do you mean using a WBTB early in the morning? If the latter is the case, no, you do not need to do a WBTB to become lucid. Some people like the technique, some don't, and it is certainly not needed to lucid dream. There are other techniques you can use in its place.
In regards to having to wake up early, I feel your pain. I usually go to bed at 1 and get up at 6 or 7- only 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night, and I am not getting many lucids or even good recall since I adopted this sleep schedule for school. I would recommend trying to take afternoon naps, if possible, as you can lucid during them (I just did earlier this evening, sleeping from 4-7). Also, changing your sleeping habits and making sure that you go to bed earlier can get you more sleep. It's a decision you have to make, but... yea, lucids are worth it :D
rite people dont fully understand me so ill jst let u all know.
wat i mean by "gettin up early in the morn" was, the WBTB thing, u know how when u wake up after 6 hours and stay up for an hour or so then back to sleep.
its jst sometimes i cant be bothered or i fall asleep straight away by accident.
by the way it doesnt matter anyomore coz i did it last nite and i remember it fully, but ure rite because when i got up i was so tired i almost fell on my ass wen i go tout my bed then i put my trousers on the wrong way and stuff.
^ Please use proper grammar. And yes, you can LD without a WBTB.
I have noticed this WHAT is it with proper gramer now, if u can understand the words and know what he is saying easily then why is there a need to complain about proper gramer?
Because it's a pain in the ass to read something like that. It also makes me less willing to spend my time thoughtfully answering their questions if they can't put the effort in to write clearly. So everyone loses, except for people who don't want to hear what I have to say. They win.
Good point but if u noticed I said "If you can understand words easily" If you can't read the post within the first 2 senteces then it is probly not worth reading.
i have had a lot of complaints about my grammar. i am very sorry, i use my psp internet browser to do this and it takes a very long time to write on it, so i take a few shortcuts, from now on i will try to take my time to improve it. thanks for letting me know
thank you for letting me know. i'll be legible from now on.
and sorry people for the inconvenience.
Same here, not a personal attack  just an observation and also, usually if I see something like that I just skip it :(
Maybe you could write responses in wordpad or notepad or something then just copy and paste to speed up your time? Make is easier for everyone! :boogie: yay lol
