This may sound a little impationt but I am wondering, The first time I tried to do a wild I felt the following small muscle spasms, tingling , and when I yawned or held one back I felt a huge rush of tingling go down my back.That procces went on for about 2 hours before I gave up so
A. is this normal
B. how long does it usally take?
It's sleep paralysis, it's normal. There's no specific time, it just depends. It will take a while your first time, but you'll eventually get faster. Keep trying, don't give up!Quote:

I meant I was to impationt to figure out what was going on. Onther words I just wanted to figure out what happened soon. Also I was awake when this happened I know what sp feels like. Was in it in my first ld
and try focusing your mind on one thing.. not a bunch of thoughts like how thay day went.. also when you fell like spinning, or vibrations close your eyes (thay should be closed) and visulize yourself entering a lucid dream through the sensations!
