I ahven't thought of any maybe i should start saying it during the day???
I don't use autosuggestion, but one of the best things I've read is this- how much self discipline do you have? For example, if you're dieting and you are given two cookies, can you say to yourself "I am only going to eat one cookie" and then follow through? Or half a cookie? I guess the premise was that it works on your subconscious self control- so if you don't have any, that is probably step one.
I do it all the time, and it seems to make little difference.
Does it have to be right before you go to bed?
I try it every night, but it doesn't seem to do much... in fact, it seems most of my LDs are on nights I forget to do autosuggsetion.
In my experience, autosuggestion is usually done before attempting to have a LD. I.E. while in bed going to sleep.
