Brainwave Entrainment for Lucid Dreams

Does it work? I noticed the tutorial is 4 years old.

I listened to some of those sounds but they are annoying as hell - I don't understand how ANYone can sleep with a sound like this in the background...

If it is annoying to you like it is to me, than it probably won't work. I never had any luck with entrainment. Of course for them to be effective, you have to listen to them quite a bit on a reguar basis.
