Question about attaining lucidity

Hey all ;)

I want to ask for advice.

I became interested in lucid dreaming long time ago,and now I decided to finally get serious with it.

I already have a good dream recall (I remember at least one dream every night,usually I remember more),and everynight in dream I have some kind of doubt about the dream like "This is strange" or "What this person is doing here?" and so on,but I fail to turn this doubt in to a question "Am I dreaming?".

Looks like I'm one step from lucidity,and now I need some advice how could I learn to turn doubt in dream to question "Am I dreaming?".

I don't have any doubts like that in reality,but what I'm trying to do is to pretend that I have this dream-like doubt in reality,and then do rc,and then make an intention to ask myself "Am I dreaming?" in my dreams.

Maybe someone have some ideas that could help me? ;)

I have not yet had an LD, but I have a method of determining whether or not your dreaming.

Mind you, when I use this technique, I tend to wake up instead of actually LD'ing but it sounds like what you need.
When I'm in actual dreams, my thought process is still working correctly, so I am able to determine the likelihood of events occuring. Generally, if something is far too outlandish, I'll think, "This can't be happening". Then I wake up.

Hopefully, since you're already at that stage you described, you will not wake up, and instead, begin an LD.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but, if you do an RC every time you have some sort of weird feeling or something out of the ordinary happens, you might be able to bring it over to your dreams. Good luck!
