DEILD (Dream-Exit Induced Lucid Dream) Tip
So I recently found out an usefull tip for getting conscious before moving.
You have to raise the volume button of your alarm clock and put the channel on a terrible connection so that you'll get an awfull loud sound.
Now if you have someone sleeping in the other room (who you don't want to wake up) you're extra motivated to get conscious immediatly when you wake up because you'll want to put your alarm clock off as fast as possible.
If you've done this several times you'll get used to having an alert mind when you just wake up. You'll just have to make the transition between putting the alarm off and keeping yourself from moving.
If you have any problems with waking up at night, then here some tips:
1. Drink a lot of water so you wake up with high pressure on your weapon (if you know what I mean.)
2. Have your alarmclock wake you up at the same time every night.
3. Auto-suggestion, repeat a mantra (don't put too much effort in it, it can result in a counter-productive result).
