Right what it is is im havin very vivid nd but no ld i keep trying to tell myself that im dreamin but im havin no success whats goin on someone please help :(

And if you'e aware enough in a dream to tell yourself that you're dreaming, then your're already lucid.

let me clarify what the problem is, are you not able to tell yourself you are dreaming?

Well, what are you doing to attain lucidity?

fyi, with a title like "Argh whats goin on" you are going to get a lot of views, just because people won't know what your topic IS. If you make it a bit more descriptive, you should get people who read it, have a suggestion, and will come right on and post.

Also, personally, if you put a little more effort into posts I am more inspired to spend my time harping to give a well thought-out answer.

and by the way i think a "nd" is a normal dream. i didnt understand at first, it would be better in capital letters when abreviating.

Just keep trying dude. It took me three months until I had my first DILD.

My advice if you are having a hard time, go back to basics.
I had a dry spell and re-traced WBTB and MILDs and even DEILD/DILDs with great success.
Read up on all the simple techs on here.
