Sure, you only need to have a dream to be lucid. Some of the techniques are hard for High-schoolers to do. Any that make you wake up during the middle of the night could be bad for you, and if you try and reenter a dream in the morning, you can only be there for a while before getting up for school.
DILD and MILD, since you are already in the dream. Set your alarm twenty minutes earlier and do a DEILD, and do harder techniques on the weekend!
20 minutes earlier to what?
and when is the best time for me to do MILD? Before i head to bed? or 5-6 hrs after sleeping?
For starters, you shouldnt try any technique on the onset of sleep. It doesnt help becouse of natural sleep rhythm. Only thing you can do at the evening is to motivate yourself.
Connect mild with WBTB (5-6 hours) and you will have your LD overtime.
:D
Yea, that's enough time to experiment. I found that getting up at that time works well for me, but I'm not you so I don't know whats best for you! :D
ok then. ill try it and tell you the results i get as soon as i get them... (yesterday was my first LD. it sucked :/ lol)
