i think the best way for me to get back in the habbit of doing RCs is something that will give me a small electric shock every so often to remind me to do an RCs. this would be so i can get so much in the habbit of it that i wont need to rely on the device.

is there anywhere i could get something like this?

That sounds painful. If anything, it will tell your body that RCing is a bad and painful thing to do. Just keep keeping your mind focused and do an RC. No need for pain buddy.

no i mean a little shock like the ones you get in those shock game things, it really doesnt hurt

ID recommend against it. It might not hurt YOU, but your mind and bosy will associate RCs with a shock. It will work against you.
