As you may know, if you look to where a specific dream comes from,
you will often see it is unresolved waking state residue.
In other words, something you never got to finish or is emotionally bothering, for eg.
I have found on looking back at the root of these, they are often 2 days back. Or it skips a day/night.
For eg a real one I had was - I was going to check the tyre pressure of the car tyres while we were out on vacation. I hadn't checked them, but was worried it may be too low and be a problem.
Nothing happened that night, but the night later I had a dream of me pumping one of the tyres up and not knowing how much to fill it.
The tyre would blow up like a balloon and then down like I had no control over the air valve.
I was so worried the tyre would explode and deafen me or worse.
The next day I filled the tyres and realised I didn't know how much to fill them, so looked it up in the manual, and safely topped the tyres up. :D
This is a perfect example of what I am talking about.
The next point is using this to our advantage. After all, that is what us humans do, use everything to our advantage.
First I tried it with watering the garden. Was thinking all morning I will go out and water the garden, over and over. But purposely never did. I left it and waited.
As I thought, nothing that night about a garden, but the next night I did have a dream about it.
The dream was me as a child in my parents garden playing around and under the sprinkler.
Our minds often cannot relate time in our dreams and creates what it can find in memory often to fill the residue void. These links are sometimes obvious like this dream, and also often more subtle.
Try this out for yourself, and/or after a dream look back 2 days and see if what happened that day affected the dream(s) of today.
This can also be used for setting specific dreams up, and for creating RCs and Dream Signs into your dreams.
