Weird induction method.

Well, last night I went to bed really hammered, and I was also high which always leads me to strange dreams.


I would wake up in the middle tof the night, or maybe I was still awake, or just finished a dream? I am really not aware of anything that happened. I think I woke up in sleep paralysis because I was hearing people talking to me but I realized I wasn't really in a dream anymore.

Because of this I tried to focus on what I was "seeing" I was just looking at my hypnogogic imagery or whatever it was called. I would pick out a certain image/blob and focus on it real hard, and then I would almost "fly" to it. And I mean flying the same way you would in an LD. After doing this I would get the body vibrations and sounds of a normal WILD, only I would puss out and either fall alseep or enter sleep paralysis or something weird along those lines. Everything last night was sort of messed up big time and I experienced new and strange things.

Uh, that was kind of long but what I am getting at is has anyone ever done this? I am thinking you need to wake up during REM but not wake up fully, or maybe it only works in sleep paralysis (I have never had it before).
