Basically, i've had a grand total of...2 lucid dreams so far. Both of them have been a bit crap (read about them in my dream journal), but I guess they're better than nothing. For example, in my first one I was just doing average things that I could do in real life. I want to go on adventures and do stuff.
I know it'll take time and practise, but has anyone got any techniques for me to stay lucid for longer and have more fun?

did you try to stabilize?
IE: Spinning or rubbing your hands.
Those don't work for me but they do for others, I always tend to wake up doing that. I just focus on something in my dream, study what it is, how it feels, etc.
Yeah... spinning sounds like a good plan. Spinning (for me) will change the entire dreamscape though.Quote:

I would start with the focusing one first and then your next LD try the hand rubbing and then your next LD spinning.
