Hey everybody, it's good to be back. I've been monitoring my dreams and keeping a dream journal, and i've recognized a very recurring personal dreamsign. It's that i get afraid of heights, i feel dizzy and i'm afraid of falling down, it's accompanied by a sence of panic. The problem is that i've known this dreamsign for a month, but i've failed to recognize it every single time in my dreams. I'm getting desperate, it's very frustrating when i wake up and realize my misstake. Do you guys have any tips on how i can achieve lucidity when i experiencing that dreamsign? I was thinking about going to the roof of a high building or something, and stand on the edge and think "i'm dreaming". :)
