For those of you that use the counting technique (1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming, 3 I'm dreaming, etc.). If you accidentally move or something, do you start your counting over, or do you just keep going. Also, do you keep going past 100, or once you get to 100 do you start over at 1 again?
