Am I doing well?(Aka, lot's of questions)
hello, let me say that I exactly don't know if I am advancing on lucid dreams.
I never had one, and I never went conscious when having Sleep Paralysis.
Here are my "Questions".
1) How long I have to be doing RC to start doing it in the dreams?
My RC are: ¿Am I dreaming right now? look around slowly, the looking at my hands, pinching my nose, and looking for something to read....
One night I had a dream, where I pinch my nose and I could breath through it, so I said "wow, i'm in a dream"....but when I woke up I knew that I really wasn't Lucid...it just was an illusion, an illusion where I "controlled" the dream, flying and doing telekinesis, but not conscious.
2)Why I keeping failing on WILD?
Last night I tried reverse blinking, it relaxed me more..so I started to wild(at 12:00 PM)
I didn't move ANY ANY MUSCLE, even I didn't Swallow, so I'm happy that I win that little battle, but the problem is, the Sleep Paralysis never come to me.
In my Wilds, I count my breaths, from 1 to.....300..and then I wait a little.
The good thing is that I fell asleep...
But the bad thing is that when I know that I'm falling asleep, I try to keep counting, I put all of my efforts on keep counting, but not being more aware, just on keep counting.....and nothing happens..
I think that my Sleep Paralysis is special, is like my body knows when I'm trying to trick him...it's strange....I really wanna WILD, it's obvious that I will keep trying....but well....I'm just frustated...I'm trying this technique for 10 days.
3)How do I recognize a Oniric sign in my dreams?
Because I found it, but it's a hard sing I thinks...
The signs is that I always see one of my elemental school partners(I real life I never see them)
but how can I use it to have DILDS?
