Once you've done all of that, and kept a dream journal for a while, you could start on some simple induction techniques like MILD, or WBTB.
heya!
reylins absalubtley right, you NEED to keep a dream journal, it is imperitve to do so!
dont expect immediate reults, your first LD should come within a month, maybe less if you try hard or are a natural.
MILD is a very good way to start your techniques, but if you use it after doing a WBTB your chances are greatly increased.
Reality checks throughout the day are good, too.
You do sound a bit impatient to get LDing, but remember that patience is something that you NEED to start lucid dreaming, without it youll get nowhere. just have faith that you will have a LD soon and keep trying!
Yep, usually lucid dreams don't just happen; you need to spend some time on it, and you need to know that you'll succeed. Keep trying, and keep wanting to have a lucid dream, and you will. Hopefully in not too long. :content:
And once you have one or two, don't stop your dream journal or it will take a long time to get back into being able to again. I stopped and my recall dropped from 4 a night to one every other night.
^^^
Yeah, me too. I stopped being bothered to recall dreams and everything, and now I'm kind of starting over, and working on my dream recall again. Luckily, I'm getting back up again. Of course, it's best not to stop at all.
Hey man! Don't give up! I remmeber when I started, just read up all the info you can (provided by raylin) and you'll do it in no time, dont get frusterated thought, it takes time!
Start by beleiving you can lucid dream. Develop an awareness and positive attitude towards dreaming and lucid dreaming.
Have faith in your own abilities, and then start studying and applying induction techniques.
The links Raylin provided will be very helpful.
Good luck ey!
You already know that lucid dreaming is possible. You are 75% of the way there already!
Just keep up what everyone has said so far.
Its as easy as saying "I am going to lucid dream tonight", not "want to lucid dream",Quote:
I want to Lucid Dream[/b]
wanting something is different to saying to yourself this goal is easy to obtain,
the difficulty is understanding that its easy.
Simple is Good.
Complication like the word "Want" breeds frustration and disappointment.
