Hi there , again

Hi all ,

someone may recognize me , i've been part of the community like last year and i gave up because of the school which took me a lot of time , now the situation is different , i got more time and last night i tried to achieve a lucid dream using The ultimate lucid mp3 + WILD... and you know what? I reached sleep paralisis.. or at least it looked like it (i couldn't sense my arms anymore) and then the patterns i was looking at became a bit more complex.. but then i couldn't stop my thoughts and i think i've lost my awareness and fell asleep. Then at the end of the dream i realized i was dreaming and suddenly woke up :D

Any help for me? :bowdown:

Its a good sign, Just keep practicing awareness when you have the time.

This way you wont fall asleep and you will reach your goal :)

Truly all it is is practice.

Congrats :) Just keep working at it, read the dream stabilization tutorial, it should help keep you from waking up if you are able to stabilize the dream.
