Please Help me with 2 problems!

1. I cannot stop myself from swallowing, eventually I have to.
2. I cannot stop my eyes from twitching in different directions, or suddenly fluttering open.

Are these problems barring me from reaching the transitional stage of WILD? And if so, can they be helped?

Both of these are normal, and shouldn't keep you from successfully WILDing. Try not to focus on your swallowing or your eyes. Easy to say, hard to do, I know. If you are lying in bed trying not to swallow, it will drive you crazy. Just get in a comfortable position and don't worry about it. I know I have a hard time WILDing on my back because my mouth wants to fall open. I am more comfortable on my side.

Try to shift your attention away from your body. After you are sure your body is fully relaxed, use a visualization that takes your attention away from your body.
