Not sleeping for 24 hours, then WILD?
Has anyone tried depriving yourself of sleep, for say an entire day, and then trying to WILD? It makes sense to me that if you stayed awake for an entire day, your body would be extremely tired and you could easily try the 'tricking your body' technique, or many others.
Maybe by staying awake for 24 hours and then drinking an energy drink, it would keep your mind awake, and allow your body to easily fall asleep..just a thought.
I probably wont try this unless someone else has, or if there is anything to backup what Ive said.
