everybody reply if its good!!!!

so lately ive been strggling with RC. but today i realized the best RC ever.since im a frenquent nail bitter i decided to do a RC when i do anything with my nails.(biite scratch etc.)the RC is i cover my pinky with my hand and remove my hand n hope my finger dissapeared.im my dream state it should work right.

is it a good idea???

maybe try something a little bit more rational than having your finger dissapear. like try push it through your hand or something. i thnk, someone correct me if i'm wrong on that, but i think youd get better results with that. gud idea though!! i might start doing it hehe
